Eleanor Gammell

Eleanor is a convenor focused on systems dynamics and human futures. She curates and facilitates immersive experiences to engage with the pressing ideas and emergent dynamics of this moment in time.

Her work spans institutions such as Small Giants Academy, TEDxSydney, MONA and The School of Life, where she has co-created transformative journeys through forests, borderlands, boardrooms, underground museums and public stages.

She is the host of Esther Lane, a gathering space in Sydney devoted to inquiry and collective sensemaking.

She is a mother of two small humans. The future their generation will inherit is forever on her mind.

Jo Yeldham

Jo Yeldham is a photographer and acupuncturist. She studied photography at the Australian Center for Photography and has contributed to Harper's Bazaar Australia and Spain, Dumbo Feather, Walker's Journal, Vogue Australia and the Financial Review. Jo has designed, edited and contributed to the Picador-published book Surrender, and collaborates with her partner Joshua Yeldham in their shared creative practice and home studio.

Lilly Vongratsavai is a social media and engagement strategist across entertainment, media and social impact. Since 2019, her work has focused on purpose-driven campaigns and movements supporting people, planet and future generations. She works across social media strategy, influencer engagement, community and events, and has contributed to the community independents movement, the Indigenous Voice to Parliament and the campaign to bring Julian Assange home.

Executive Assistant

Molly Moloney

Molly Moloney is a writer, filmmaker and executive assistant. She has worked with directors to craft compelling creative pitches and scripts, and derives meaning from helping people execute their ideas. Her films have screened in festivals within Australia and overseas, and her writing was recently shortlisted for the Kill Your Darling’s 2026 Flash Fiction Prize. Across all of her work, she is deeply committed to creating generative spaces where people can gather, perform and live shared stories in real time.
